the most intuitive way to tell whether an elevator is good or bad is to feel the stability of the elevator when you are in the elevator. is there any difference in the stability of the elevator when it is running? is it possible that there is an anomalous sound? we can also use three aspects: speed control, working noise, and accuracy to measure.
1. speed characteristics the speed characteristics of elevators are mainly expressed in vibration limits.
the main ones are: (1) acceleration maximum the maximum acceleration setting during the elevator acceleration operation. the specified value in china is l1.5m/s. elevators should not exceed regulations during normal operation
(2) maximum deceleration the maximum deceleration (negative acceleration) of the elevator during deceleration. when the elevator is running, it should not exceed the specified value. china's regulation is 1.5m/s2.
(3) starting vibration the maximum vibration acceleration caused by the action of solid acceleration when the elevator starts. it should not be greater than the specified maximum acceleration.
(4) brake vibration the instantaneous deceleration of the elevator when it is not moving should not exceed the specified value. for ac double speed elevators, the maximum deceleration of elevators is allowed to be slightly greater. for ac speed control and dc elevators, they should be less than the deceleration maximum.
(5) vertical vibration during acceleration and deceleration the maximum acceleration of vibration occurring in the vertical direction during acceleration and deceleration of the elevator. it shall not exceed the specified value.
(6) vertical vibration in operation during the stable operation of the elevator, vibration acceleration in the vertical direction occurs. the value should not exceed the specified value during operation.
(7) horizontal vibration in operation the maximum vibration acceleration in the horizontal direction occurs during the stable operation of the elevator. the operation shall not exceed the specified value, and our regulation shall be no more than 15cm/s2. noise at work the noise in the engine room and the car during the operation of the elevator and the noise of the elevator door when it is switched are called working noise.

(1) noise limit of equipment room our country stipulates that the noise meter should be selected and measured at a height of 1.5m from the ground in the engine room at 5 points, and the average value should be less than or equal to 80db.
(2) noise limits in the car our country stipulates that the noise meter is placed in the center of the car and is 1.5m from the ground. the measured value should be less than or equal to 55db.
(3) door noise limits china's stipulation: the noise meter shall be located at 0-24m from the floor 1.55m away from the floor, and its measured value shall be less than or equal to 65dbo 3. leveling accuracy the freight elevators are respectively operating with no load and full load as the up and down normal operation, and the maximum error value of the same landing station is called, and the leveling error is called.
